Who you are contracting with
Alfercom S.r.l., Via Altinate 125, 35121 Padua (PD), Italy — VAT IT05068010288, REA PD-440530. Italian law applies. For business customers the court of Padua has exclusive jurisdiction; consumers keep the court of their own residence.
These terms cover the desktop software, the server services, the APIs and the AI features. They come with the EULA, the acceptable use policy and the privacy notice, which form one contract together, and with the data processing agreement (Annex A, available on request) for the flows where Alfercom processes data on your behalf. You accept them in the app at first launch, with two separate checkboxes; the app records the version and the time.
Plans and editions
Two plans, by who they are for, and two editions, by what they include.
| Plan | Edition | Monthly | Yearly | Unit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Booost Personal | Pro | € 29.00 | € 299.00 | per connected account |
| Booost Personal | Basic | € 19.00 | € 199.00 | per connected account |
| Booost Business | Pro | € 99.00 | € 999.00 | per managed connected account |
| Booost Business | Basic | € 79.00 | € 899.00 | per managed connected account |
Basic runs the AI features on an API key you bring yourself, with the core set of automation objects. Pro includes Booost AI and every automation object.
Prices are exclusive of VAT. The applicable VAT is calculated and shown at checkout before you order, according to your country and whether you buy as a business or as a consumer; consumers see the VAT-inclusive total before confirming.
Free trial
30 days for users entitled to the founding condition, 7 days for everyone else. One trial per subject; for Booost Business it applies to the first connected account. Unless you cancel, the subscription continues on paid terms when the trial ends. For yearly subscriptions we email a reminder at least 7 days before renewal; if a payment fails, access is suspended until it is settled, and nothing on your machine is deleted.
The founding condition
The founding condition is the right to get the Pro edition at the Basic price — €19/month or €199/year for Personal, €79/month or €899/year per connected account for Business.
It belongs to the person, not to the subscription: it stays for the whole life of the subscription and follows you when you change plan or edition. On the Basic edition the founding price is the ordinary price, so moving to Basic saves nothing further — it only changes what you get. Ending a subscription does not extinguish a right already acquired, but a new subscription taken out after the offer closes is at ordinary prices.
Changing plan or edition
You can move between Pro and Basic, and between monthly and yearly, from your account area at any time. The change takes effect the day after the period you already paid for ends — nothing is charged and nothing is refunded at the moment you ask, and there is no proration. Moving between Personal and Business is not a plan change: they are two separate subscriptions and you activate the other one from its own page.
What the automations actually do — read this one
Booost runs the automations on its own, following the rules you configured. Concretely: it walks the whole recipient list without asking you to confirm each recipient; scheduled flows run while you are not there; with dynamic search criteria the actual recipient list is determined at run time; with automatic personalisation the text of each message is written as it is sent; and some branches rely on automatic assessments produced by AI.
Your control is exercised at the level of the rules — who enters the flow, which actions, which branches, which text or style instructions, whether and when it starts — and not at the level of the individual recipient or message. The warranties you give us under Article 7 are read accordingly: they attach to your selection criteria, not to a per-recipient check that the product neither requires nor makes possible.
One more thing the app does on its own, once: when you connect your first LinkedIn account, if you leave the pre-ticked option on, Booost makes that account follow the Booost LinkedIn Page. It is a normal, visible "follow". Untick it before connecting, or unfollow later — Booost never repeats it.
Independent services, and the risk you take
Booost is not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by LinkedIn or any other platform it automates. Those platforms can detect automation and may restrict, suspend or close your account. You take that risk, and you expressly waive claims against Alfercom arising from it. Using Booost may be contrary to those platforms' own terms; complying with them is your responsibility.
Your GDPR duties
You warrant that you have a valid legal basis for the prospect data you process through Booost, that you have met or will meet your Article 14 information duties towards those people, and that your targeting criteria keep every resulting recipient inside the basis you declared. You indemnify Alfercom for breaches of those warranties — a clause that applies between businesses only and is not enforceable against consumers.
Liability
Alfercom's aggregate liability is capped at the greater of the fees paid in the preceding 12 months and €500. Indirect, consequential, special and punitive damages are excluded. The cap does not apply to wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or non-waivable rights.
If you are a consumer
Annex B of the Italian text gives consumers: a 14-day right of withdrawal that you keep even though the service starts immediately (the free trial covers those 14 days; if you withdraw after paying, you are refunded pro rata), the model withdrawal form, the cancellation function required by Article 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code with an email confirmation of receipt, refunds within 14 days, and the courts of your own residence. The indemnity does not apply to consumers.
Read the binding text
The complete terms, including the clauses requiring specific approval under Articles 1341–1342 of the Italian Civil Code and the consumer annex, are the Italian ones: Condizioni generali di servizio.
