The three editions

The editions mean the same thing on both products, and they are not a drip-feed of features.

  • Community is free. You pay for it with a "created with Booost" signature on what you publish, and it is capped at one account, one post a day, five comments and ten reactions. It publishes; it does no outreach.
  • Basic is the whole product driven by your own AI key — twenty providers, Ollama included, so the model can run entirely on your own machine and the text never reaches us.
  • Pro includes Booost's own AI and everything built on top of it: the source-driven content factory, the quality and anti-cringe gates, and the engagement intelligence.

The rule behind the boundary: Community publishes, Basic contacts, Pro industrialises.

Anything not named there is in all three. There are no plan quotas beyond the Community ceilings — every other limit in the product is a safety limit, the per-account warm-up and pacing, and those are identical in all three editions.

Business: what a managed account costs

You pay for a LinkedIn account under management. Not a seat, not a user, not a bundle of actions — and nothing else is metered: not how many colleagues use the desktop, not how many campaigns, posts, comments, connections or messages you run.

From the fifth account, the price per account drops. The band you reach applies to every account you have, not just the ones past the threshold: at 25 accounts you pay €45 each, not €99 for the first four and €45 for the rest.

Managed accountsPro · per accountBasic · per account

Monthly, no commitment. No minimum number of accounts, no annual contract to unlock the discount, and no seat count anywhere in the calculation. Yearly is roughly ten months for twelve, in every band — and it is a choice, never the condition of the discount.

The count is of active accounts. Deactivate a client account and the subscription quantity follows on the next invoice, prorated — including downward, which is what moves you back up a band if you shrink.

Why the whole ladder moves. Volume, not graduated: "at 25 accounts I pay €45 each" is a sentence you can check against an invoice in your head. A graduated table — four accounts at one price, then six at another — is arithmetic nobody wants to do before signing.

The trial

Seven days free on your first managed account. No card to start, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Members of the waiting list get 30 days.

The founding offer

Founding is not a launch discount for everyone. It belongs to people who joined the waiting list before launch and register by 2 October 2026. If you arrive on 1 September without having been on the list, you pay the prices above.

What it gives: Pro at the Basic column of your band, for as long as the subscription stays active. At four accounts that is Pro for €79 instead of €99; at 25 accounts, Pro for €36 instead of €45. On Personal, Pro for €19 instead of €29. The right follows the band you are in, so it keeps working as you grow. It also gives 30 days of trial instead of seven.

If you drop to Basic later you keep the right and lose the reduction for as long as you stay on Basic — coming back to Pro brings it back.

VAT, currency and how you pay

Prices on this page are excluding VAT. The VAT due in your country is calculated and shown at checkout, before you confirm — the figure you confirm is the figure you are charged.

If your country uses another currency, this site shows the price in it. Those are fixed price points, rounded up from a reference rate, not a live exchange feed, so the number does not change between Monday and Tuesday. Billing happens in euro either way, and every converted figure is rounded up from the euro one, so the amount charged is never more than the amount shown.

Payment is by card, through Stripe, from inside the app: the payment page opens from Booost itself, with your plan, any promo code and the VAT already filled in. Stripe collects your company details and VAT number and issues the invoice. You can cancel at any time and keep the service until the end of the period you paid for.

Where this puts us

Checked on the competitors' own pages on 22 August 2026, for 25 LinkedIn accounts a month:

25 accounts / monthHow they get there
PhantomBuster Scale€352one workspace, unlimited users, 300 execution hours
Linked Helper Pro (12 months)~$825$33 per licence
Meet Alfred Team (annual)~$975$39 per user, volume discounts from 10
HeyReach Agency$99925 senders included
Salesflow Pro (20+ seats)~$999$39.95 per seat
Booost Business Pro€45 × 25 accountsvolume band, no annual contract
Expandi (annual)~$1,975$79 per account

We are inside that group rather than above it — and we are there without a mandatory annual contract, without a seat minimum, and without credits. HeyReach and Salesflow reach those figures on annual terms with 20- and 25-seat floors; PhantomBuster's number buys execution hours, which is a meter by another name.

Below five accounts nothing has changed: at one account the comparison with Expandi ($79–99), Salesflow ($99) and We-Connect ($49–79) is the one it always was. The full feature-by-feature version is on the comparison pages.

Questions this page gets asked

Does a colleague need their own subscription? No. The price counts LinkedIn accounts, not people. Several people can use the same desktop installation.

What if I add an account mid-month? The quantity on the subscription updates and Stripe prorates it. Crossing into a new band applies the new per-account price to every account from that moment.

Is there really a free edition? Yes — Community, on both products, with the signature and the daily ceilings above.

Can I switch between editions? Yes, from inside the app, and it takes effect immediately. There is no separate download for Pro: it is one application, and the subscription decides what it does.

Do you resell my data or train on my content? No. Your LinkedIn session never leaves your machine. One precision, because we would rather write it than be asked: the connection graph is computed on our servers, so "the session stays local" is the promise, and "all data stays local" is only partly true. The privacy notice has the full list.

Can I get an invoice for my company? Yes — Stripe collects the billing details and VAT number at checkout and issues it.
